This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Rizz Score iOS app (the "App") operated by Lionary LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

When you use our App, we may collect the following types of information:

Personal Information We collect your email address when you log in via Apple or Google. If you log in via Apple, you can choose to mask your email and provide a relay email instead.

Usage Information We collect information about your use case, gender, and subscription status. This data helps us to constantly improve our app.

Analytics Information We use third-party providers, like Firebase, to help us with analytics and product improvement. By default, Firebase collects data about the number of users and sessions, session duration, operating systems, device models, geography, first launches, app opens, app updates, and in-app purchases. We may also use marketing tracking tools to such as AppsFlyer to track app install and subscrpition conversions.

Crash Information We use Crashlytics to gather crash logs to help improve our app's performance and user experience.

Subscription Information We manage your subscription data via RevenueCat and Superwall.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Improve and optimize our App
  • Provide and maintain our service
  • Notify you about changes to our service
  • Allow you to participate in interactive features of our service when you choose to do so

  • Marketing emails (no junk or spam and you can opt out)
  • Personalize the personas in the app
  • Maintain your chat history so you can view it later (encrypted)
  • Use your feedback reaction to improve the feedbacks we give you in the app

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with our trusted third-party service providers as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.

We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect your information. We use secure servers when you place orders. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted within our databases.
